Commitment and Respect:
- Both parties must be committed and sincere for the program to be effective. Expect gradual, sustainable changes rather than quick fixes.
Lifestyle Changes:
- Lifestyle modifications take time. Focus is on managing conditions like Thyroid, PCOD/S, or Diabetes through diet and habits rather than curing them outright.
Questions and Communication:
- Questions are encouraged to understand the rationale behind recommendations. However, challenging advice to satisfy personal ego can disrupt the working relationship.
Dietary Supplements:
- Supplements might be recommended but are optional. Consulting a physician before taking them is encouraged.
Responsibility:
- You are responsible for your actions and adherence to the diet plan.
Weight Loss Expectations:
- Safe weight loss is 2-3 kilos per month. The aim is for sustainable, long-term results, not rapid weight loss.
Payments:
- Full payment is required at the start of the program. Upgrades are allowed within the first week; downgrades are not permitted.
Program Transfers:
- Programs are non-transferable but may be transferred with relevant evidence and a fee.
Breaks and Pauses:
- Breaks are discouraged as they disrupt progress. Limited pauses are allowed in longer programs but not in short ones.
Missed Appointments:
- Reschedule missed appointments yourself if you don’t notify in advance.
Refund Policy:
- There is a No Refund Policy. In exceptional cases, a partial refund with a cancellation fee may be applied and payment refund initiate 5-7 business days.
